POSITION: CROSSING GUARD

LOCATION:

REPORTS TO:

PLANT OPERATIONS

WORK YEAR:  SCHOOL YEAR

SALARY: $18.24 PER HOUR

• This is a Part-time position working 1-3 hours per day.
• Crossing Guards shall be responsible for the safe movement of school children across city roadways; traffic control at designated crosswalks; safe movement of school children across travelled portions of city roadways at designated crosswalks; performing all duties at designated post at designated times; reporting and recording any unusual activity in the area of such designated post; reporting and recording any child s injury while on duty;
  
  reporting and correcting unsafe conduct of the children while on duty; performing other such duties as designated by the Assistant Director of Plant Operations.
