Entry Level Drywall Foreman

We are seeking motivated and dependable individuals with drywall experience who are ready to take the next step in their career as an Entry-Level Drywall Foreman. This role is ideal for experienced carpenters, framers, or finishers who want to transition into a leadership position with mentorship and support from senior Optiline foremen and project managers.

• Supervise and lead small crews of drywall framers, finishers, and laborers on commercial job sites.

• Coordinate daily tasks to ensure schedules are met and work exceeds expectations.

• Work hands-on alongside your crew while providing guidance and oversight.

• Communicate with Project Managers and Field Superintendents regarding progress, needs, and challenges.

• Ensure all work complies with project specifications, drawings, and safety standards.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.

• Model Optiline's mission and values as a leader on site.

• 5+ years of drywall, framing, or finishing experience (commercial construction preferred).

• Previous experience leading small teams or acting as a lead carpenter/taper a plus.

• Strong work ethic, dependability, and attention to detail.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

• Effective communication and leadership skills with a willingness to learn.

• Reliable transportation to job sites across New England.

• Authorized to work in the United States.
