Job Description

Are you a go-getter who thrives on freedom, flexibility, and unlimited income potential? We’re looking for motivated, self-driven sales professionals to join our growing Xplor Pay Direct Sales team in the payment solutions industry. This is a 100% commission-based opportunity with residual income, ideal for those who want to control their time and income.

What You’ll Do
  • Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions
  • Educate business owners on how to save money and streamline transactions
  • Close deals and earn activation bonuses, monthly commissions, and long-term residuals
  • Work independently with full support and training

You Are
  • A natural communicator and closer
  • Comfortable with face-to-face selling
  • Resilient, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
  • Experienced in sales (door-to-door, merchant services, or similar preferred)

Required qualifications for this role:

  • Minimum 2 years of business-to-business (B2B) outside sales experience (preferred)
  • Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to self-source leads through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a hunter mentality
