- Give studio tours
- Sell memberships to help studio thrive and meet monthly goals
- Follow up with prospective members
- Handle member concerns in a professional way with goal of resolution
- Participate in marketing and outreach events and initiatives
- Work with manager to hit monthly KPIs
- Cross‑train with Operations Manager on facility issues (maintenance, cleanliness)
- Strong sales and communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to establish effective working relationships
- Multi‑tasker with minimal supervision
- Proven flexibility and willingness to handle various tasks independently and meet deadlines
- Excellent customer service skills
- Passion for sales and fitness
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- 1–2 years of sales experience, preferably in the fitness realm
