Associates in Store Support positions are responsible for a variety of non-sales functions. This may include ensuring an outstanding customer order fulfillment experience, assisting customers in the lot or providing administrative services. Direct customer or vendor interaction is sometimes required. They must work cooperatively with other Associates, vendors, carriers, and productively with little/some supervision, be detail-oriented, and have proven time management skills.
They must demonstrate a high level of integrity at all times, respond to operational concerns, and remain focused on store objectives while supporting key operational responsibilities. Specific positions may include:
Office Associate, Order Fulfillment Associate, Lot Associate, and Customer Service Representative.
- Assist customers and direct them to store departments or merchandise.
- Answer customer questions on product order status and provide administrative services as needed.
- Interact with customers or vendors as required and support operational responsibilities with minimal supervision.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction by being detail-oriented and managing time effectively.
- Demonstrate integrity in all actions and respond to operational concerns of associates.
- Ability to work cooperatively with others in a fast-paced store environment.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- High level of integrity and focus on store objectives.
