About The Team

The Flex Sales Associate will be the ultimate Pandora Fan. You will be responsible for delivering a world-class experience, surpassing sales goals, and continually finding innovative ways to engage and attract our fans (customers). Flexible Sales Associate (Part-Time) is a role that fits your lifestyle. As a Flexible Staff Associate, you’ll jump in when it matters most (peak hours) to deliver incredible fan experiences and support store operations.

• Exceed individual and store sales goals by building a genuine connection with our fans.
• Embrace the store culture with passion for our brand, serving as an extraordinary brand ambassador.
• Create unforgettable shopping moments through excellent product knowledge and brand loyalty.
• Foster lasting connections with customers to build loyal fans beyond transactions.
• Uphold merchandising and retail operational standards for a smooth, on-brand store operation.
• Work a schedule that varies with business needs, including periods with few or no scheduled hours, balanced by peak times.
• All other duties as assigned.

• Results-oriented seller with a demonstrated care in communication (written and verbal).
• Ability to charm and connect with people at all levels of the organization.
• At least 18 years old and able to provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; comfortable standing for extended periods; ability to lift 50+ pounds; timely arrival to work.
• Flexible schedule with varying hours, including 4 hours per month during slower periods to about 12 hours per week in peak seasons.
• Reliable support to step in during high-traffic times or events.
