* What You’ll Do:

*
* • Provide direct nursing care in a high-volume Immediate Care/Walk-In setting  
• Triage patients presenting with acute illnesses or injuries, both in-person and via telephone  
• Perform rapid assessments and collaborate with providers to deliver timely, efficient care  
• Administer medications, vaccines, IV fluids, and treatments as prescribed  
• Assist with urgent procedures, including wound care, splinting, and EKGs  
• Conduct point-of-care testing, collect specimens, and manage lab follow-ups  
• Document clinical findings and interventions accurately in the EMR  
• Monitor patients for changes in condition and escalate care when necessary  
• Promote patient education for acute concerns, medication use, and follow-up care  
• Support safety protocols, infection prevention, and emergency response procedures
** Who You Are:**•

* Education:

** Associate Degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred  •
** Licensure:
** Registered Nurse licensed in NH, NLC state, or MA; BLS/CPR certification required  •
*
* Experience:

** 1 year of nursing experience required; urgent care or emergency nursing preferred  •
** Skills & Traits:**  – Skilled in rapid triage and decision-making  – Calm under pressure and excellent in fast-paced environments  – Strong clinical judgment and communication skills  – Compassionate, detail-oriented, and team-oriented  •
** Technical:
** Proficient in EMR systems and basic Windows applications  •
** Preferred

Certifications:

** RN-BC, CCTM, or specialty certifications in urgent or emergency care
