DaVita is seeking a Registered Nurse who is looking to give life in an outpatient dialysis center. ResponsibilitiesThe role involves delivering compassionate nursing care in a fast-paced outpatient setting.
Responsibilities include:
- Build meaningful and long-term relationships with patients and their families in an intimate outpatient setting.
- Be part of a small interdisciplinary team of clinicians; RNs are a central part of the team.
- Deliver care to patients with multiple co-morbidities requiring unique treatment plans and a broad range of nursing skills.
- Oversee a group of patients with support from PCTs to conduct patient observations, measure stats, and machine setup.
You must have a flexible schedule and be able to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

- Apply clinical judgment to develop and implement treatment plans for patients with complex needs.

- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
- Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing required;
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N) or a three-year diploma may be substituted for a nursing degree. - Training may take place in a facility or a training clinic other than your assigned home clinic; potential to float to various clinics during and after training.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule as noted above.
- ICU/CCU/ER/Med-Surg experience.
- Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN).
DaVita requires teammates to comply with Federal and State vaccination requirements. Up-to-date vaccinations or a qualified exemption are required. Additional booster requirements may apply for roles supporting in-patient treatments.
