Are you a skilled mechanic looking for a permanent home with a premier manufacturer? We are currently seeking a Maintenance Mechanic to join our 1st shift team in Nashua. While we are currently prioritizing 1st shift, we anticipate openings on other shifts soon—all qualified Maintenance Mechanics are encouraged to apply!

You will be the backbone of our production floor, ensuring that our machinery runs at peak efficiency. Your day-to-day will involve:

• Performing preventative and corrective maintenance on production line equipment.
• Troubleshooting and repairing extrusion equipment and specialized machinery.
• Handling electrical repairs and basic plumbing tasks.
• Diagnosing mechanical breakdowns to minimize production downtime.

We are looking for a reliable professional with a "fix-it" mindset and a track record of stability.

• Experience:
  
  3–5 years of experience as a Maintenance and Repair Technician in a manufacturing environment.
• Technical
  
  Skills:
  
  Proficiency in electrical troubleshooting and basic plumbing is required.
• Reliability: A history of good longevity with prior employers and excellent professional references.
• Compliance:
  Ability to pass a full background check and drug screen (required by most clients).
