Because of the need for consistent, in‑person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular role, it will be performed full‑time on site. Responsibilities
- Set up test apparatus and conduct tests of production assemblies and units following methods, procedures, standards, and sequences.
- Lay out and assemble units for production equipment according to designs and specifications.
- Adjust and calibrate systems as needed.
- Modify equipment by adding, removing, or altering components as defined by predetermined diagrams and sketches.
- Correct malfunctions by making adjustments or replacing parts or components as directed.
- Use hand and small power tools, and various measuring and testing devices in performing job duties.
- Monitor and verify quality in accordance with statistical process or other control procedures.

Minimum Education Required
High School Diploma or GED.
Additional Qualifications and Experience
- Honorable Discharge from the U.S. Armed Forces or current drilling member of a Reserve/Guard component with a service‑connected injury.
- High School Diploma or GED and 2 years work experience or equivalent experience.
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, diagrams, hardware specifications, schematics, or written work instructions.
- Must work well with a team.
- Experience in using Excel.
Preferred Education, Experience, and Skills
- Secret Clearance.
- Working knowledge of electronic theory and components.
- Experience in microelectronics and RF testing.
- Overseas operational deployment experience.
- Specialized or professional development schools.
Pay Information
Full‑Time Salary Range: $46,680 - $74,687.
Location
Nashua, New Hampshire.
