IntroductionWe are looking for a Project Manager to manage the delivery of Projects registered into the Project Management Office against the scope of delivery, within agreed timelines, managing risk and stakeholders and communication within delivery of the project
Project Planning and Administration- Create project plans against the agreed scope and against estimated timelines and approved budget.
- Follow project governance required against type and size of project.
- Create work breakdown structure against project.
- Establish key stakeholders in the project and assign RACI model.
- Identify and manage Risk register.
- Report on progress of project against timelines and cost.
- Ensure all engagements and tasks are documented and outcomes are committed to timelines to ensure success of delivery
- Manage the project scope against the agreed Business Case that was approved with project sponsors.
- Ensure that all acceptance criteria are well-defined and agreed upon by all responsible parties to deliver on set timelines
- Agree on timelines and frequency to schedule project update meetings with the right stakeholders during delivery phase of the project to regularly report on progress of project delivery items
- Measure outcomes and tasks to contribute towards achieving the set milestones within the project plan and flag any concerns for non-compliance
- Identify and raise risks during delivery and establish mitigation and timeously elevate items that can hamper the outcome of the project
- Ensure all stakeholders remain committed to all agreed deadlines.
- Update weekly project reports to key stakeholders and steerco members.
- Build a responsibility matrix within the project that all stakeholders agree with
- Ensure all identified responsibility and tasks assigned are recorded and communicated to responsible parties highlighting deadlines and progress.
- Facilitate the onboarding of new suppliers.
- Track and monitor the participation and support from suppliers, where required, against terms and conditions established in agreement when onboarding.
- Represent Nashua franchises as project resources in customer facing projects and ensure time is captured to on bill professional services.
- Monitor outcomes and performance against success criteria for at least three months post-closing out projects.
- Establish and Build relationships with key stakeholders internally to ensure successful delivery of project. This requires regular meetings with marketing, product, business analysis and dev ops, support and learning and development.
