The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for full‑cycle recruitment for all non‑physician positions within an assigned client group. This includes developing sourcing strategies, screening and interviewing applicants, advising hiring managers, facilitating offers, and coordinating onboarding activities. This hybrid role requires strong communication, organization, sound judgment, and the ability to manage confidential information.
What You’ll Do:- Partner with hiring managers to develop and review open positions.
- Create job postings and advertising materials.
- Organize and attend open houses and job fairs.
- Build relationships with universities, career centers, and allied health organizations.
- Use diverse sourcing strategies to identify and pipeline quality candidates.
- Conduct sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate evaluation.
- Support hiring managers through the interview process and final selection.
- Manage candidate communications, including declinations.
- Complete reference checks and verify licenses, education, and background checks.
- Prepare and extend offers of employment.
- Educate candidates on compensation, benefits, and performance programs.
- Coordinate new hire documentation, pre‑placement screenings, and orientation scheduling.
- Support managers and new hires through onboarding.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- In lieu of degree:
Four additional years of recruitment experience (total five years).
- Minimum one year of recruitment experience in healthcare.
- Clinical and non‑clinical recruitment experience required.
- Work Day experience highly preferred.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Ability to manage confidential information.
- Knowledge of federal and state employment laws.
- Strong interviewing skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
