Overview

- Partner with leadership on organizational planning and change initiatives.
- Ensure employees feel informed, engaged, and included in company decisions.
- Lead annual compensation reviews and benefit strategy.
- Ensure pay and benefits are competitive, sustainable, and aligned with our values.
- Manage vendor relationships and hold partners accountable for service delivery.
- Oversee payroll accuracy, compliance, and timeliness.
- Optimize HRIS systems and ensure teams are trained and supported.
- Resolve employee concerns with empathy and professionalism.
- Train managers in communication, conflict resolution, and feedback.
- Lead safety strategy in partnership with operations to reduce incidents and promote a safe work environment.
- Maintain and update HR policies and handbooks.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and reporting requirements.
- Manage labor-related risk in partnership with legal counsel and insurers.
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally in multi-unit restaurant, hospitality, or retail environments.
- Strong knowledge of employment law, compliance, and workers’ compensation.
- Proven success in employee relations, conflict resolution, and team development.
- Experience implementing HR programs in diverse and bilingual environments.
- Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills.
- Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach—comfortable in both the boardroom and the breakroom.
- Tech-savvy and data-driven, with experience in HRIS, ATS, LMS, and project management tools.
- Bilingual in Spanish strongly preferred.
- SHRM or similar HR certification preferred.
- Ability to travel to locations across NH and MA.
