Overview
A hospital system in Southern New Hampshire is looking to hire a Retirement Specialist for a long-term temporary assignment. This is coverage for a leave of absence and could have some permanent conversion potential down the road. This role is hybrid and will require some on-site work in Nashua, NH - local candidates only please.
ResponsibilitiesThe individual in this role will play a lead role in managing all retirement-related benefits for a 2,000+ employee population. The right candidate will have strong corporate benefits experience with a focus on retirement benefits including 403(b), 401(k), and pension plans.
Requirements- Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience working with a larger, complex employee workforce (1,000 employees+)
- Experience with Workday software
- Experience working with retirement providers such as Fidelity, Empower, etc.
