Amphenol High Speed Products Group is a leader in high-speed, high-bandwidth electrical connectors for Telecom/Datacom markets, supporting major OEMs globally. We are seeking a Human Resources Specialist to join our team in Nashua, NH.

• Develop and implement HR and Talent Acquisition strategies and goals.
• Support talent acquisition initiatives, including job description development, candidate evaluation, interview coordination, and maintaining recruitment records.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, especially for high-volume technical roles.
• Ensure compliance with company and government documentation and processes.
• Assist with the Summer Internship Program, including travel to regional colleges and universities.
• Promote positive employee relations and develop site culture emphasizing diversity, equity, inclusion, wellness, and safety.
• Provide daily HR support at the site and undertake special projects as needed.

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 3 years of HR experience, with a focus on high-volume technical recruiting preferred.
• Experience with Linked In Recruiter and ATS systems, with a focus on automation.

• Ability to handle multiple projects under pressure, stay organized, and think critically.
• Effective communication skills across all organizational levels.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Customer-focused with a high sense of ownership.
