Your Responsibilities:
Evaluate and treat patients using established PT protocols
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Instruct patients in therapeutic exercises and activities
Monitor and document patient progress
Provide encouragement and support to promote recovery
Maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with regulations
Collaborate with the therapy team to ensure quality care delivery

Requirements:
Active New Hampshire Physical Therapist license (or eligibility to obtain)
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Previous experience in a rehabilitation or clinical setting preferred
