Overview
A hospital system in Southern New Hampshire that is looking to hire a Total Rewards Manager on a permanent basis. This role will require on-site work in Nashua, NH at least 2 days/wk.
Responsibilities- Manage the benefits and compensation programs for the 2,000 employees of the hospital system.
- Manage a team of 4-5.
- Experience working in both compensation and benefits.
- Some experience working in a hospital/healthcare setting.
