Front Desk Coordinator - Manchester/Nashua, NH (Part Time)

Manchester, NH

We’re looking for a goal‑oriented, self‑motivated, proactive individual to join our world‑class team at The Joint Chiropractic.

The Opportunity

Part Time – Flexible Schedule.

  • Options to work in specific clinics with flexibility as to days or hours worked
  • Salary $16 - $18/hr
  • Holiday Pay
  • Bonus Potential
  • M‑F Mornings 10am-2pm, Afternoons 2:45-7pm
  • Saturdays 10am-4pm
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • Possess a winning attitude
  • Have at least one year of previous sales experience
  • Complete transactions using point of sale software and ensure all patient accounts are current and accurate
  • Strong phone and computer skills
  • Participate in marketing/sales opportunities to help attract new patients into our clinics
  • Be able to prioritize and perform multiple tasks
  • Educate patients on wellness offerings and services
  • Share personal chiropractic experience and stories
  • Work cohesively with others in a fun and fast‑paced environment
  • Strong customer service orientation and ability to communicate effectively with members and patients
  • Manage the flow of patients through the clinic in an organized manner
Essential Responsibilities
  • Providing excellent services to members and patients
  • Primary responsibility to gain memberships in order to meet sales goals
  • Greet members and patients upon arrival and check them in to see the chiropractor
  • Answer phone calls
  • Re‑engage inactive members
  • Stay updated on membership options, packages and promotions
  • Recognize and support team goals and maintain positive relationships with team members
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the clinic and organization of workspace
  • Confidently present and sell memberships and visit packages
  • Keep management apprised of member concerns and follow manager policies, procedures and direction
  • Willingness to learn and grow
  • Accept constructive criticism in a positive manner and use it as a learning tool
  • Office management or marketing experience a plus
  • Able to stand and/or sit for long periods of time
  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds
