* Job Description:
** - Join a dynamic team where your skills will shine in delivering top-notch patient care in the Cath Lab.
- Engage with patients, families, and caregivers, building strong partnerships to ensure optimal care.
- Utilize your 2 years of Cath Lab experience to excel in critical care medication infusions and titration management.
- Leverage your enhanced knowledge of cardiac anatomy and physiology to assist in emergency cardiac interventions.
- Conduct comprehensive history and medication reviews for all scheduled patients, prioritizing safety and early identification of any periprocedural issues.
- Demonstrate clinical expertise by creating and maintaining a sterile field to uphold the highest standards of practice.
- Plan and provide necessary equipment and supplies tailored to procedure and physician needs.
- Participate in on-call assignments with flexibility and maintain a readiness to respond within a 30-minute radius.
- Safely administer procedural sedation, passing annual examinations and meticulously documenting sedation per policies.
- Maintain a safe working environment, adhering to radiation safety protocols and personal protective attire.
- Execute arterial and venous sheath removals while understanding guidelines—particularly for patients on blood thinners.
- Assist in the setup, insertion, and maintenance of critical equipment, including Intra-Aortic Balloon Pumps (IABP) and IMPELLA, along with Flow wire, Opsens, and IVUS.
- Develop a solid understanding of hemodynamic waveforms, monitoring arterial waveforms during procedures and recognizing specific conditions.

* Job Requirements:
** - Basic Dysrhythmia certification preferred, to be obtained during orientation.
- NIHSS certification preferred, to be obtained during orientation.
- Specialization certification preferred.
- Previous call shifts experience required.
- CPI training preferred, with completion within 6 months of hire.
- CPI advanced training for the ED and ICU within 6 months of hire.
- Current New Hampshire RN license or compact state license required.
- 3-5 years of Critical Care Experience preferred for the Cardiac Cath/Angiography Lab.
- ASN required; BSN preferred.
- BLS required; ACLS and PALS preferred.
- 3 years of critical care experience preferred.
** Shift Information:** - 7:00am - 3:30pm - Holiday Coverage Required
