On Call Caregiver - Personal Care Assistant (PCA)

Base pay range: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour.

• Travel to various client locations as needed, providing personal care assistance such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Ensure clients' safety and well‑being during visits, assisting with mobility and transfers when necessary.
• Prepare meals and assist clients with feeding as needed.
• Offer companionship and emotional support to promote mental well‑being.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks to provide a clean and safe environment for clients.

• On‑call hours 7 A–7 P – flexible availability required.
• Must be willing to travel to various locations for caregiving services.

• Previous experience as a Personal Care Assistant or a similar role preferred.
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow care plans effectively.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation; must be willing to travel between client locations as needed.
• Proof of up‑to‑date immunizations and a negative TB test required.
• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to work alongside a scheduling coordinator to fulfill all on‑call needs.

$20.00 – $22.00 per hour. Must be available for any call‑out shifts between 7 A–7 P.
