At Hopeful Mind Mental Health, we’re building a practice that’s clinician-led, compassion-driven, and built for long-term sustainability. Founded by a psychiatric nurse practitioner, our team deeply values the role of therapy in healing—whether used alone or alongside medication. We also understand how demanding this work can be, and we’ve created a system to fully support you.
$67,500 – $90,000/year (depending on caseload and schedule)
Max 25 clinical sessions per week (more available if you choose)
No self-employment tax, rent, or billing stress
Admin, billing, marketing, and credentialing fully handled
Optional in-person office space in Nashua
Referrals provided — no need to build your own caseload

$$67,500 – $90,000/year (depending on caseload and schedule); W-2, based on experience and licensure
10 paid days off annually, starting after 6 months of employment (for employees maintaining 30 clinical sessions/week)
401(k) with 4% employer match, available after 6 months
Health insurance:
We cover 50% of a bronze-level plan, available after 60 days to employees consistently working 25 or more clinical sessions per week
EMR access (Valant) and secure communication (Spruce) included
Fully licensed in New Hampshire and/or Massachusetts as an LICSW or LCMHC (LMFTs also welcome)
Skilled at working with adults and/or adolescents in a clinical setting
Strong communicator with reliable documentation and time management
Open to remote, in-person, or hybrid work
Seeking meaningful work without burnout
Caseload:
Typically up to 30-40 clinical sessions/week
