Physical Therapist – Nashua, NH | Monday–Friday Day Shifts
Talented Medical Solutions is actively seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) to provide skilled care in a supportive and collaborative rehab setting in Nashua, New Hampshire. This is an excellent opportunity for clinicians who thrive in team-driven environments and value consistent weekday scheduling.
Position Overview:
Location: Nashua, NH
Shift: Day shift
Schedule: Monday through Friday
Start Date: ASAP
Setting: Skilled Nursing / Rehab Facility
Productivity Requirement: 90%
Duration: 13-week assignment (with opportunity for extension)
EMR System: Experience preferred, not required
Qualifications:
Valid New Hampshire Physical Therapist license
SNF or geriatric rehab experience preferred
Strong clinical documentation and assessment skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a care team
