Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) / Behavior Technician (BT) – Strive ABA Therapy
The role offers home‑based direct treatment to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder under BCBA supervision. Responsibilities include implementing behavior plans to address behavioral management, social, daily living, and community skills.
Base Pay Range$23.00/hr - $30.00/hr (based on certification, education, and experience)

- Flexible schedules
- BCBA supervision for all R/BTs
- Part‑time hours
- Minimum 6 months experience with children that have disabilities
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel up to one hour
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be able to meet physical demands of the job (sitting, standing as needed)
