Responsibilities

• 100% Outpatient:
  In-Office and by Telehealth
• Experience with ASAM criteria
• Work as a team member facilitating referrals
• Provide ongoing recovery monitoring & support
• Provide short-term Individual Therapy
• Monthly Peer Collaboration
• Facilitate Therapy Groups
• Teaching Opportunities Available if interested
• EMR: EPIC
• Full-time, Employed Position with Foundation Medical Partners
