* Position Summary:
** Southern New Hampshire Health is seeking a compassionate, skilled, and team-oriented
** Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant)
** to join our dynamic Vascular Surgery team. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with vascular surgeons and support staff to provide comprehensive pre- and post-operative care, as well as manage patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings.

* Key Responsibilities:
*** Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of vascular patients
* Provide inpatient and outpatient management including consultations, wound care, follow-up visits, and pre/post-op evaluations
* Perform minor procedures within the scope of practice and assist in surgery as needed
* Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and ancillary team members to coordinate optimal care
* Educate patients and families on disease processes, treatment plans, and preventive care
* Participate in quality initiatives, clinical rounds, and case conferences

* Qualifications:
*** Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) in the state of New Hampshire
* National certification (AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA)
* APRNs must be trained and certified as a First Assist
* 1-2 years of experience in vascular, surgical, or acute care preferred; new graduates with strong clinical experience are also encouraged to apply
* Strong clinical judgment, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
