What will you do?- Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies, campaigns, and promotional events.
- Coordinate and manage the production of marketing collateral, ensuring high‑quality and on‑time delivery.
- Create, curate, and communicate engaging content across social media, email, websites, and promotional channels.
- Execute promotional games, contests, drawings, giveaways, and related event activities.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather information, materials, and insights needed for marketing and promotional initiatives.
- Manage scheduling and coordination of marketing activities.
- Provide administrative support, including data entry, maintaining marketing and customer databases, and updating customer account information (excluding rating changes).
- Prepare reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor, track, and analyze marketing initiative performance and promotional activity results.
- Maintain daily procedures for Lucky North Rewards members, including , application processing, record keeping, and accurate computer coding.
- Communicate promotional and rewards program information to patrons and team members and answer related questions.
- Recruit new club members and support overall customer engagement efforts.
- Maintain confidentiality in all customer interactions, records, and program activities.
- Assist with customer complaint resolution using active listening and de‑escalation skills.
- Maintain inventory of retail items and department supplies.
- Provide oversight and guidance to Players Club Attendants.
- Assist in the hiring process and respond to team member questions regarding policies and procedures.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a state gaming license.
- Supervisory experience.
- Excellent guest service skills.
- Basic computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets, database and point‑of‑sale system preferred.
- Ability to perform basic math calculations.
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
- Frequent standing the entire length of shift.
- Exposure to secondhand smoke and moderate to high noise levels at times.
- Keyboarding 25% – includes the use of handheld devices while on the casino floor.
