BAE Systems, Precision Guidance and Sensing Solutions (PGSS) Product Line within the Precision Strike (PS) Business Area has an immediate opening for an experienced Systems Engineer specializing in support to our production efforts in our Terminal High Area Altitude Defense (THAAD) Missile Seeker program.

This position will support production program activities, including the interfacing with the production staff, understanding the system requirements, creating and reviewing reports and streamlining processes. This position supports the failure review board by writing new scripts in Matlab to run tests and analyze data in support of troubleshooting and driving root cause on failures. Our engineers are members of cross-functional, multi-disciplined teams focused on developing cost-effective systems that meet the needs of our customers.

Candidates should be comfortable working with teams of all sizes and enjoy a mix of creative design work, mentoring the next generation of protégés, presenting internally and externally, and leading test events. Required Education, Experience, & Skills
* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
* Troubleshooting of Circuit Card Assemblies
* Expert in writing and de-bugging MATLAB scripts
* Ability to clearly document work and communicate effectively with peers, leadership team, and other functional disciplines
* Excellent organizational & time management skills Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
* An active Secret clearance
* Experience with Oracle
* Experience troubleshooting Test Equipment in production or engineering environment
* Familiarity with failure analysis activities, Failure Review Board process, to include ability to drive to root cause and the corrective actions for the failures being monitored Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $118095 - $200762
