Come build your career with BAE Systems. BAE Systems Electronic Combat Solutions (ECS) business area is seeking a Program Quality Engineer in the Tactical Air (TACAIR) Product Line. As a critical player for the Tactical Air (TACAIR) Product Line, you will be responsible for ensuring BAE Systems builds compliant product to our customers. Requirements flow down and compliance will play a significant part of every day life.

An understanding of production and sustainment programs will benefit you in this role. Required Education, Experience, & Skills
* Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering or technical discipline and 6+ years of experience

* Ability to read, interpret and understand a drawing, print and specification

* Communication in a clear, concise and professional manner with multiple customers in different organizations, functions and the US Government

* Interpersonal communication is verbal and written formats

* Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications including word, excel, power point

* Ability to learn BAE Systems software and data management programs

* Proven ability to work in a multi-disciplined team

* Ability to work independently with little to no oversight

* Producting high quality work in a fast paced, dynamic work environment

* Proven experience on Development Programs

* Production Hardware and Software processing

* Customer Requirements and flow down into program execution and tasking Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
* Active secret clearance

* Prior Quality Assurance Engineering experience

* Program process definition and documentation

* First Article Inspection (FAI) AS9102 experience

* Green Belt/ Black Belt certification

* Hands on experience in a Defense Contracting Environment

* AS9145
- Advanced Product Quality Program exposure

* Manufacturing of complex electronic assemblies

* Experience with Qualification Testing of products and systems as well as validation and verification efforts

* Presentation of product to customer for acceptance/ "sell off"

* Preparation of documentation packages for customer review

* Hardware and Software Inspection Criteria

* Quality Management Systems (AS9100)

* Quality Auditing

* Configuration Control and Hardware Configuration Reporting

* Participation in Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) activities Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $118095 - $200762

This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
