Academic Year
Nashua Community College is seeking qualified individuals interested in adjunct teaching on a course-by-course basis. A strong academic background is required. These appointments are temporary, for a specified contract period, and may involve classroom or online instruction.
We are specifically looking for Air Traffic Control instructors to teach basic Air Traffic Control classes:
- Fall 2025: Tuesdays, 8am-12pm
- Spring 2026: Tuesdays, 8am-12pm
- Education: Associate’s degree from a regionally accredited college or technical school in aviation technology, education, business administration, engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Six (6) years of teaching experience in aviation technology or six (6) years of military or FAA experience in Air Traffic Control.
- License/Certification: FAA or Military Air Traffic Control certification.
- FAA instructor experience
- Recent Air Traffic Control experience
- Adjunct teaching experience
The salary range is $800-$950 per contact hour, determined by the faculty rank based on education and experience.
