Construction Project Manager

Location: Nashua, NH

A well-established design/build construction management firm with over 20 years of industry experience is seeking a Project Manager to join its growing team. The company delivers integrated construction solutions across a wide range of sectors including commercial, industrial, municipal, education, and hospitality projects.

This is an excellent opportunity for a driven construction professional who enjoys leading projects from concept through completion and working closely with clients, architects, and subcontractors to deliver projects on time and on budget.

The Project Manager will oversee the successful delivery of construction projects from pre-construction through to completion. You will act as the central point of coordination between internal teams, clients, consultants, and subcontractors.

• Manage multiple construction projects simultaneously from planning to completion
• Coordinate with design teams, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost forecasts
• Oversee procurement and subcontractor management
• Monitor project performance, quality, safety, and risk management
• Provide regular progress updates to clients and senior leadership
• Ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within agreed budgets
• Resolve technical, commercial, and operational challenges throughout the project lifecycle

• 5+ years’ experience in construction project management
• Experience managing commercial, industrial, or institutional projects
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and budgeting
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and project teams
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Proficiency with project management and scheduling software
• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred
