• Reservations & Customer Service:
  • Manage rental car reservations
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Fleet Management:
  • Inspect service rental vehicles
  • Track vehicle usage and mileage
  • Maintain fleet quality and availability
• Rental Agreement Management:
  • Create and monitor rental agreements
  • Verify insurance details
• Coordination:
  • Liaise with insurance companies as necessary
