Medical Front Desk Receptionist (Lowell)

As a seasonal Client Service Professional / Receptionist, you’ll help clients make confident, informed decisions about their lives, careers, and money. You’ll build strong client relationships and focus on wowing clients now and in the future.

Responsibilities
  • Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner.
  • Match clients with the best‑suited tax professional for their needs.
  • Schedule clients as they would like to be scheduled.
  • Help ensure all clients’ needs have been met during service both in person, over the phone, or virtually.
  • Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to work flexible schedule and/or in multiple locations.
  • Sales/marketing experience (preferred).
  • Experience working in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Previous experience in a customer‑service environment.
  • Ability to multi‑task.
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
  • Computer proficiency with the ability to use Microsoft Office.
