Accounting Administrator

KBW Financial Staffing & Recruiting has partnered with a client in Nashua, NH that is looking to hire an Accounting Administrator. This role will support the accounting team with a variety of transactional accounting and administrative responsibilities including accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, and general ledger support. • Process and post accounts payable invoices and maintain related documentation
• Assist with accounts receivable invoicing, cash application, and payment tracking
• Enter and record cash transactions and maintain accurate accounting records
• Support fixed asset tracking and reconciliation within the accounting system
• Prepare and post journal entries and assist with general ledger reconciliations
• Assist with month-end and year-end close activities
• Maintain organized accounting records and support audit preparation
• Provide general administrative and accounting support to the accounting team

• High School Diploma required;
  Associate’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration preferred
• 1–3 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience
• Basic understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• Experience supporting AP, AR, or general accounting functions
• Strong Microsoft Excel and Word skills

Compensation ranges up to $28/hr DOE. This client is looking to interview and hire quickly.
