Job Overview
Podar Education Network is seeking a dedicated English Teacher with 4 to 6 years of experience for a full-time, mid-level position located in Bhandara. Candidates should be passionate about delivering quality education and possess strong teaching skills.

Qualifications and Skills
Proficiency in developing and implementing curriculum that meets educational standards and enhances student learning.
Experience in using student assessment tools to effectively evaluate and support individual student progress.
Ability to plan engaging lessons that cater to diverse learning needs and foster a positive learning environment.
In-depth knowledge of CBSE guidelines and ability to integrate them into the teaching process effectively.
Holds a Bachelor of Education (B.ED) degree, which is crucial for understanding educational concepts and methodologies.
Proficient in Teacher Graduation Training (TGT) which enhances skills in teaching secondary-level students.
Excellent communication skills to engage students and communicate effectively with parents and other staff members.
Must have strong teaching skills (Mandatory skill) to facilitate student learning and administer comprehensive education.

Roles and Responsibilities
