Description:

We are looking for passionate and experienced Technical Trainers to join our team. The current openings are for:
Full Stack Trainers (Java & .NET) & Data Science & Data Analytics Trainers . The trainer will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions, mentoring students, and ensuring they gain practical and job-ready skills aligned with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging classroom and/or online training sessions.
Develop course materials, lesson plans, assignments, and assessments.
Provide hands-on training through real-time projects and case studies.
Guide and mentor students throughout the training program.
Conduct doubt-solving sessions and technical workshops.
Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
Assist students with interview preparation and career readiness.
Stay updated with the latest tools, technologies, and industry trends.

Required Skills
Strong expertise in Full Stack Development (Java / .NET) OR Data Science & Data Analytics.
Hands-on experience with real-time projects.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
