Senior Accountant

Description   We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in accounting and will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Responsibilities    Prepare and maintain financial statements in compliance with accounting standards.
Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and analysis.
Ensure accuracy of financial records and timely closing of accounts.
Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
Perform reconciliations of bank accounts and other financial transactions.
Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation.
Maintain and improve internal controls to safeguard company assets.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support.

Skills and Qualifications    Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
2-4 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and standards (GAAP/IFRS).
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, Quick Books, SAP).
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
