Junior Accountant

Job Responsibilities

Posting & processing journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded
Updating accounts receivable & payables and generate invoices
Updating accounts payable & perform reconciliations
Assist in reviewing of expenses, payrolls, etc as well as update the database on portals
Prepare & share monthly reports of admissions, revenue, payment defaulters
Assist in making funds utilization documents/reports
Verify all payments uploaded and keep a track of all transactions
Assist in generating invoices,verifying,calculating & uploading vendor,stakeholders,employees,associates,trainers,mentors & entities payments on the portals
Ability to assist,handle & manage accounting for 2-3 entities
Generating Purchase Orders, Invoices & MRS
Prepare GST data & upload on the portal
Prepare working for Income Tax Return
Coordinate with CA to manage all Accounts in Tally software

Experience/Requirements

0-1 years

Experience working & handling accounting for Educational insitutues & NGOs
Must be flexible for morning & day shifts
Experience using Tally,accounting softwares, proficiency with MS Office
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or Finance
