Accountant, Financial Reporting, Financial Analyst

Description   We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will assist in managing financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and supporting the overall financial health of the organization. This position is suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience.

Responsibilities    Prepare and maintain financial records and statements
Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts
Reconcile bank statements and financial discrepancies
Assist with tax preparation and compliance
Support the month-end and year-end closing processes
Prepare financial reports for management review
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations

Skills and Qualifications    Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, Quick Books)
Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
