Description   We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and supporting various financial reporting and budgeting activities.

Responsibilities    Prepare and maintain financial statements and reports.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
Support audits by providing necessary documentation and reports.
Process accounts payable and receivable transactions.
Monitor cash flow and prepare cash flow statements.

Skills and Qualifications    Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
1-2 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, Quick Books).
Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulations.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
