Job Description – EUC L1 / Desktop Support / Hardware Technician
- Provide Level 1 end-user support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, operating systems, and standard applications
- Support Windows/macOS environments
, basic networking, and user access issues - Perform IMAC activities (Install, Move, Add, Change)
