• Average Pay: $80,000.
• Sign‑on bonus:
  Up to $10,000 for qualified candidates, depending on experience.
• 3rd shift – overnight.

• Inspect tractor‑trailers for defects pre/post trip and submit DOT inspection reports.
• Inspect bills of lading and store keys for accuracy in off‑hour delivery.
• Drive tractor‑trailer to destination, applying knowledge of commercial driving regulations and skill in maneuvering vehicle on the road and at customer premises.
• Maintain driver logs (Manual or Peoplenet) according to DOT regulations, documenting delivery receipt, product temperatures, and exceptions.
• Unload trailers, delivering product into customer premises.
• Other duties as assigned.

• At least 21 years of age.
• Valid Class A commercial driver's license (CDL‑A).
• At least 1 year or 50,000 verifiable miles of tractor‑trailer driving experience.
• Must meet McLane’s MVR and risk rating qualifications.
• This position requires the ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job‑related tasks effectively and safely.
