As a Security Officer - Patrol in Napoleon, OH
, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a food and beverage location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine rounds, and remain highly visible to help deter security-related incidents. You will document observations, respond to alarms and/or access concerns, and communicate clearly with staff and visitors while delivering a welcoming customer experience.

• Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by carrying out Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a food and beverage production and distribution location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including documenting observations and reporting concerns to site leadership and/or Allied Universal management.
• Conduct regular and random foot patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, loading docks, parking areas, and perimeter points to help deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations.
• Control access at designated entry points by checking identification, issuing visitor credentials, managing truck driver check-in and/or vendor sign-in, and directing people to the appropriate areas.
• Complete daily activity reports and incident reports, monitor doors and other access points, and communicate via radio and/or telephone to support site operations and security-related response.

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
