• Thoroughly examine repaired or modified products using visual inspection, measuring tools, and specialized testing equipment to verify that all rework procedures were completed correctly and meet quality standards.
• Detect any remaining defects or issues on reworked items, including dimensional inaccuracies, cosmetic flaws, functional malfunctions, or non-compliance with specifications.
• Document inspection findings and any non-conforming items, including detailed descriptions of defects, location on the product, and potential causes.
• Report to Team Lead daily on shift for updates, guidelines and rework criteria.
• Follow established quality assurance procedures and guidelines to ensure consistency in inspection practices.

• Ability to work an 8-hour to 10-hour shift.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes, product design, and quality standards relevant to the specific industry.
• Ability to analyze issues found during inspection.
• Prior experience in inspection, quality control, a plus.
• Proficiency in using various inspection tools like calipers, gauges, micrometers, and specialized testing equipment is a plus.
• Must have steel toed shoes/boots.
• Qualified candidates need to have a good prior attendance record.
• Understanding basic measurements and math skills is required.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to follow instructions and assigned tasks.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time, lift at least 45lbs. and work in an manufacturing environment.
