LSW / LPC:
Starting at $64,000- $70,000
LISW / LPCC:
Starting at $72,000 - $80,000

Unison Health is seeking a Clinical Therapist to join our Mobile Response Stabilization Services (MRSS) team. This position delivers immediate, mobile, and short-term behavioral health support to youth and families experiencing emotional or behavioral crises across our four-county service area.
Key Responsibilities & Role Highlights- Mobile crisis intervention and stabilization
- Trauma-informed care aligned with the MRSS model
- Short-term therapy and care coordination in the community
- Client-centered support promoting emotional well-being and safety
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide psychotherapy using evidence-based approaches (e.g., CBT)
- Monitor and adapt treatment based on client progress
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, case managers, and other team members
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with HIPAA
- Educate clients and families on mental health and treatment options
- Stay up to date on best practices and emerging clinical approaches
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
- Valid Ohio licensure (LSW, LPC, LISW, or LPCC)
- Strong knowledge of clinical assessment and therapeutic interventions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Commitment to ethical, client-centered care
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
