Job Summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure is looking for a Manufacturing Intern. Interns will have the opportunity to apply your classroom-learned skills to track data, analyze processes, and recommend solutions for improvement based on the gathered data from our facilities.

This position is expected to start in-person in May

Job Location

* This is an onsite position located in Napoleon, OH

Job Responsibilities

* Define manufacturing process issues, collect data, analyze facts, implement solutions, and review as needed

* Documentation of new processes

* You will partner with and influence stakeholders across the organization, such as Operations, Product, and Technology address process related activities

* Troubleshooting and resolving operational issues to minimize downtime

Job Requirements

* Sophomore, Junior or Senior pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineer, Civil Engineering, Industrial Manufacturing or other related field

* Demonstrated knowledge of engineering fundamentals and proficiency in Microsoft Office, and AutoCAD

* Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast paced high stress environment

* Excellent interpersonal skills and exemplary oral/written communication skills

* Ability to work both independently and in a team setting

* Ability to write reports and analyze raw data

Compensation

* The hourly pay rate is $25/hr
