Your Role And Responsibilities
As a React Developer, you will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining dynamic, user‑centric web applications. Your responsibilities will include designing, developing, testing, and optimizing front‑end components that ensure exceptional performance and seamless user experiences. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align on project goals and deliver features that meet client and business needs. Your primary responsibilities include:

Feature Development and Maintenance:
Lead the end‑to‑end development of web application features, from concept to deployment. Troubleshoot issues, fix bugs, and ensure high‑quality deliverables.

Collaboration:

Work closely with product managers, designers, and backend developers to gather requirements, provide feedback, and ensure timely delivery of solutions.
Performance Optimization and Testing:
Conduct comprehensive testing to ensure application stability and responsiveness. Optimize components for speed, scalability, and usability across browsers and devices.
Continuous Learning and Technology Integration:
Stay updated with the latest React ecosystem trends, libraries, and best practices. Apply these to integrate innovative solutions and streamline the development process.

Preferred Education
Master’s Degree
Required Technical And Professional Expertise

Strong understanding of JavaScript, ES6+ syntax, and React fundamentals
Proficiency with Type Script for type‑safe development
Hands‑on experience with state management libraries like Redux (including RTK Query), Zustand, or Context API

Experience with Storybook for building and testing UI components
Good understanding of functional programming principles and their application in JavaScript/React
Proficiency in building responsive and reusable UI components with SCSS, Bootstrap, HTML, and CSS
Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs and Graph

QL integration

Experience with internationalization (i18n) and localization strategies
Familiarity with linting tools like ESLint for code quality assurance
Solid understanding of Git for version control and collaboration
Knowledge of testing tools such as Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress
Native‑level Italian fluency

Preferred Technical And Professional Experience

Familiarity with front‑end architectural patterns such as component‑driven design and atomic design principles

Experience with server‑side rendering (SSR) and static site generation (SSG) using Next.js

Experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern build tools like Webpack or Vite
