Description:

We are currently seeking Per Diem Registered Nurse / Licensed Practical Nurse (RN / LPN) professionals interested in working as Independent Contractors in Naples, Florida.

Job Responsibilities:

Have experience working with patients with tracheostomies and ventilators.
Manage nursing care plans and educate patients and families on appropriate treatments to improve or maintain health.
Maintain a safe work environment and perform all responsibilities safely.
Administer medications within scope of practice.
Report changes in a patient's condition promptly to the physician or appropriate individual.
Complete documentation for patient care and mobilize resources during crises.
Act as a liaison between physicians, staff, and patients/families, communicating about patient needs and findings to promote continuity of care.
Be flexible and adaptable to changes in the work environment.
Be comfortable working in an in-home setting.
