Key Responsibilities   Makes signature cocktails efficiently to the correct specifications
Assist the Bar Manager in overseeing daily bar operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
Support the organization and cleanliness of the bar area, equipment, and storage spaces.
Prepares and serves drinks to guests in the restaurant with a high level of hospitality
Maintains stock levels by monitoring and passing on any orders that need to be placed
Sets up and closes down the bar at the start / end of each day

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years as Assistant Bar Manager
Skills   Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good leadership potential with a hands‑on, team‑oriented attitude.
Knowledge of cocktails, revered, and bar service techniques.
Ability to work calmly and efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
Education   A degree or certification in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Certifications   Responsible beverage service certification (if applicable in your location).
Availability   Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
