Director, Customer Integrated Fleet Services

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to oversee our Integrated Fleet Management Services business unit. This role is pivotal in driving data-driven strategies to optimize customer fleet performance and implementing innovative fleet management solutions. As the key liaison between customers and internal teams, you will ensure seamless execution and deliver exceptional value through expert, efficient, and easy-to-use services.

• Minimum 5 years of diverse experience with demonstrated career progression.

• Leverage data and business intelligence to enhance fleet management efficiency.
• Define and communicate the value proposition for integrated fleet management services.
• Develop and package fleet management solutions, including monitoring, tracking, telematics, maintenance, and utilization.
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to understand and address fleet management needs.
• Analyze fleet utilization, fuel consumption, maintenance costs, and availability to identify cost‑saving opportunities.
• Provide actionable recommendations to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Maintain systems and processes for scheduling operations, repairs, maintenance, and lease/rental renewals.
• Prepare reports and presentations on fleet performance, investment, and KPIs.
• Educate customers on tools and platforms such as telematics and analytics solutions.
