Position OverviewWe are now seeking a Commercial HVAC Field Supervisor.
Qualifications- Strong working knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, installation practices, and startup/commissioning procedures in new construction environments.
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality, safety compliance, jobsite accuracy, and meeting project timelines.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, coach, and supervise field technicians and installation crews.
- Minimum of 5 years of HVAC experience, with at least 3 years in commercial/new construction environments.
- EPA Universal Certification required (Type I & II minimum; Type III preferred).
- Prior supervisory experience overseeing field operations, workforce scheduling, and jobsite coordination required.
- Have a clean driving record and 3+ years driving experience.
